  Rug Guide

Your new mat or runner may need a little time to settle after unpacking. It might arrive folded for easier shipping, and creases or lines may appear when first laid out. This is completely normal and temporary. Here’s how you can help your mat or runner settle quickly:

  1. Lay it out flat as soon as possible.
  2. Fold it gently in the opposite direction of the fold lines.
  3. Vacuum it to help the fibres relax.
  4. Place furniture on it or walk over it to speed up the flattening process.

Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship orders in one working day but there may be times when an item is out of stock and we will inform you of this and the options to complete the order. All furniture is made to order and lead times are displayed on the product page.

Delivery is £14 for items shipped by us. 
For products shipped by a third party the shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

We try and reuse as much packaging as we can rather than buying new except for our starter kits which have their own boxes.
